2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide reliable and tracked worldwide express shipping:

• Standard Worldwide Shipping: Delivered in 7–12 business days.
• Free Worldwide Shipping: Available on all orders over $80.00 USD.
• Orders under $50.00 USD: Standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to local customs clearance or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to track your parcel directly on our website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kanaan Care is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages
Kanaan Care is committed to customer satisfaction. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@kanaancare.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items/packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
